  • Oversee and guide nursing assistants and other support staff in providing quality care to residents.
  • Provide health education and counseling to residents and their families regarding medical conditions, treatments, and wellness practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies.
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited LPN program.
  • Current and valid LPN license in the state of employment.
  • Prior experience in a senior living, long-term care, or similar healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
  • Strong clinical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team, and proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care to seniors.
