About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Appliance Repair Technician to join our team at Flamingo Appliance Service. As a leading independent appliance service company, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a strong commitment to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Examine customers' appliances to identify the cause of breakdowns and perform necessary repairs.
  • Conduct routine maintenance work on customers' appliances to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide accurate estimates to customers for repair or replacement of damaged or malfunctioning appliances.
  • Repair or replace defective or damaged appliance components upon customer approval.
  • Offer guidance to customers on proper appliance usage and maintenance.
  • Install various large appliances for customers, including washers, wall ovens, and stoves.
  • Maintain accurate records of all items/parts used to repair, replace, or maintain appliances.
  • Process customer payments and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to use various hand tools and equipment.
  • Capacity to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
