About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Appliance Repair Technician to join our team at Flamingo Appliance Service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing repair, installation, and maintenance work on a variety of home appliances.

Responsibilities:
  • Examine customers' appliances to identify the cause of breakdowns and perform necessary repairs.
  • Perform routine maintenance work on customers' appliances to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide estimates to customers for repair or replacement of damaged or malfunctioning appliances.
  • Repair or replace defective or damaged appliance components upon customer approval.
  • Advise customers on proper use and maintenance of their appliances.
  • Install new appliances for customers, including washers, wall ovens, and stoves.
  • Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including parts used and customer interactions.
  • Billing and payment collection.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to use various hand tools and equipment.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
