Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care services, including psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and interventions to address complex mental health issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and evidence-based treatments to continuously improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as psychology, nursing, or social work.
  • Completion of an AMA-approved Physician Assistant program.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in behavioral healthcare or mental health settings.
  • Licensure as a Physician Assistant and continuing certification from the National Commission on the Certification of Physician Assistants.
What We Offer

We provide a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as retirement savings options and paid time off.
