Dining Attendant

Join our team at Auberge Resorts Collection as a Dining Attendant, where you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our guests. As a member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

• Collaborate with our Executive Chef and Sous Chef to review menu planning and ensure seamless execution of food service.
• Set up and maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to kitchen standards and health regulations.
• Inspect and maintain the cleanliness of all tools, equipment, and food preparation areas, ensuring compliance with state and local health codes.
• Restock dry goods, fresh products, and cooking wines as needed, and inform the Sous Chef of any shortages or items requiring replenishment.
• Monitor the quality and quantity of food on the cafeteria line, maintaining a high level of presentation and service.
• Assist with dishwashing, organizing dirty wares, and cleaning the employee cafeteria, ensuring a clean and safe environment for all staff.
• Label and date all food items, adhering to health department regulations and resort requirements.
• Break down the workstation and complete closing duties according to department standards.

• Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with colleagues, guests, and management.
• Ability to provide clear and legible communication.
• Versatility, discipline, organization, strong work ethic, and a sense of teamwork.
