Dishroom Attendant

At Auberge Resorts Collection, we're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a spotless and well-organized kitchen environment that allows our chefs to create memorable dining experiences.

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment using manual or mechanical methods.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste.
• Assist kitchen staff in food preparation tasks, such as peeling and cutting vegetables or portioning ingredients.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies to ensure a continuous and efficient workflow.
• Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations and timely availability of clean dishes during peak hours.

• A minimum of one year experience as a Dishwasher.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.
