Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement people strategies that align with our business objectives

Lead the development and execution of performance management, talent assessment, and succession planning programs to drive organizational growth and development

Partner with Regional Manufacturing Managers to develop and implement people initiatives that support our regional strategic plans

Oversee HR responsibilities for Plant Offices and People Managers at site locations

Proactively partner with internal HR teams to ensure alignment with supply chain business strategies and reduce downstream employment obstacles

Drive transformation and change management initiatives to support our growth initiatives

Requirements

5+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on talent acquisition, organizational development, and performance management

Proven track record of driving business results through strategic people initiatives

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional teams

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational issues

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
