Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will:

  • Oversee patient flow to ensure efficient clinic operations, including managing wait times and the online check-in process.
  • Assist in the daily management of clinic operations, ensuring timely opening and closing procedures.
  • Lead and train front desk personnel to adhere to financial policies and operational standards.
  • Manage team performance, addressing visitor concerns and providing necessary training to staff.
  • Create work schedules for patient representatives based on clinic requirements.
  • Collaborate with marketing to effectively implement promotional initiatives.
  • Prepare for and successfully complete clinic audits and evaluations.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical office environment.
  • Experience supervising staff is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.
  • To obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of employment.
  • Federal Breath Alcohol Screening and Drug Screening Certifications within 3 months of hire.
