Key ResponsibilitiesIn this position, you will:
- Oversee patient flow to ensure efficient clinic operations, including managing wait times and the online check-in process.
- Assist in the daily management of clinic operations, ensuring timely opening and closing procedures.
- Lead and train front desk personnel to adhere to financial policies and operational standards.
- Manage team performance, addressing visitor concerns and providing necessary training to staff.
- Create work schedules for patient representatives based on clinic requirements.
- Collaborate with marketing to effectively implement promotional initiatives.
- Prepare for and successfully complete clinic audits and evaluations.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical office environment.
- Experience supervising staff is advantageous.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.
- To obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of employment.
- Federal Breath Alcohol Screening and Drug Screening Certifications within 3 months of hire.
