Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean designated rooms and suites, adhering to established cleanliness standards. Tasks include making beds, sanitizing bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, and organizing furniture.
- Restock essential items in guest rooms, such as toiletries, paper products, and towels.
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas, including hallways and entryways.
- Organize and replenish housekeeping carts daily to ensure efficiency.
- Manage key control procedures for issued keys and any keys left by guests.
- Deliver lost and found items to the designated office for proper documentation and storage.
- Promptly report any unusual occurrences or issues in guest rooms to the Executive Housekeeper.
- Assist guests with laundry and dry-cleaning requests.
- Accommodate special requests from guests while ensuring their privacy and security.
Additional Duties
- Comply with all operational guidelines, procedures, and policies set forth by the hotel, including those outlined in the employee handbook.
- Be prepared to work flexible hours, including shifts that may differ from your usual schedule, to meet the demands of the business.
Skills and Qualifications
- Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Capability to lift, carry, and bend frequently throughout your shift.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Compensation
The hourly wage for this position is $19.50.
