Restoration Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restoration Project Manager to join our team at SERVPRO of Georgetown & Horry County. As a Restoration Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of assigned restoration projects and crews, ensuring operational excellence and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project scopes, estimates, and schedules to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate with customers and clients to secure project approvals and ensure accurate billing.
  • Coordinate and oversee restoration crews, subcontractors, and resources to deliver high-quality services.
  • Review job site documentation to ensure compliance with client requirements and billing processes.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer and client experiences, tracking online reviews and feedback.
  • Provide priority response to potential customers and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license.
  • High school diploma or GED; Associate degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience.
  • At least 3 years of industry experience.
  • IICRC certification a plus.
  • Ability to travel on short notice.
Skills and Physical Demands:
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and navigate tight spaces.
  • Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects.
  • Ability to work with and around cleaning agents.
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
