- Oversee the presentation and merchandising of both new and pre-owned vehicles, ensuring promotional materials are reviewed and approved.
- Manage inventory levels of new and used vehicles, ensuring appropriate supply.
- Collaborate weekly with the dealership's general sales manager to assess forecasts and departmental profits.
- Address customer complaints, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Maintain valid sales and driver licenses.
