Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for greeting every customer with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge, presenting the Orangetheory concept to interested consumers, giving studio tours, working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide new clients through their first Orangetheory workout, selling memberships to help the studio thrive, following up on prospective clients, participating in marketing and outreach events, and ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet every customer with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge
  • Present the Orangetheory concept to interested consumers
  • Give studio tours
