Manufacturing Engineering Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineering Manager to join our team at Seakeeper Inc.

• This is a full-time position based in Leesport, PA, and reports directly to the Director of Manufacturing Engineering.
• The successful candidate will lead a talented team of cross-functional engineers and drive continuous improvements in manufacturing operations.

1. Oversee process development for new products, manage capital project implementations, and successfully guide new product launches into production.
2. Lead change management initiatives while championing a culture of innovation to maintain excellence across all operations.
3. Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team fostering a collaborative environment.
4. Align with departmental goals to establish team goals, track performance, and provide regular feedback and developmental opportunities.
5. Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure deliverables and timelines are in sync.
6. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all functions to enhance productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
7. Provide technical leadership in fixture design, automation controls, and manufacturing processes.
8. Lead the team through tooling and equipment selections.
9. Design new tooling/fixturing for production.
10. Coach team members through FEA (Finite Element Analysis).
11. Investigate and oversee implementation of new manufacturing strategies and technologies.
12. Lead facility capital budget meetings.

1. Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.
2. 7+ years of relative work experience.
3. Experience managing a team of manufacturing engineers.
4. Proficient in using CAD software.
5. Manufacturing Execution Systems experience.
6. Familiarity with GD&T, metal fabrication processes, order of assembly, and utilization of investment tooling.

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
