Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing meal trays for residents, ensuring adherence to sanitation standards and accuracy.
- Deliver meals and nutritional supplements to residents.
- Collect used trays from dining areas and transport them to the dishwashing section.
- Clean and store service and dishware appropriately.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, dining area, and equipment as required.
- Safely store food and supplements in compliance with established policies.
Qualifications:
Education and Certification:
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- ServSafe certification is preferred.
Experience:
- Prior experience in a long-term care facility is preferred.
- Experience in food preparation is preferred.
