Outside Sales Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Lead to join our team at Race Communications. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading a team of outside sales representatives, and providing training, coaching, and mentorship to ensure their success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of outside sales representatives and provide guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase revenue.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and prospects to identify new sales opportunities.
- Provide product knowledge and training to sales team members to ensure they are equipped to effectively sell our products and services.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer service.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership and team management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
