Role Overview:
The Sales and Customer Experience Associate role at Scenthound Herriman is essential for driving membership sales and delivering outstanding customer service. Both full-time and part-time roles are available.

Position Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience, particularly in membership sales

Core Responsibilities:
  • Promote membership sales by educating clients on health and wellness
  • Improve performance metrics such as average ticket value and rebooking rates through memberships and additional services
  • Generate leads for memberships and follow up with potential clients
  • Manage inquiries, schedule appointments, maintain customer records, and handle cash transactions
  • Set customer expectations, address concerns, and ensure membership retention
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area according to Scenthound standards
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by the Scenter Manager
Essential Skills:
  • Confidence in promoting services and products
  • Aptitude for building relationships with customers (both human and canine) and providing exceptional service
  • Ability to understand our offerings and educate pet owners; Advocate our values and mission
  • Effective communication with team members and pet owners (in-person and over the phone)
