Job Opportunity at In STEPPS

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavior Therapist to join our team at In STEPPS. As a Behavior Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping children with autism and other developmental disabilities develop the skills necessary to succeed in their homes, schools, and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work one-on-one with clients using evidence-based ABA and PRT strategies to teach essential life skills.
  • Collect and maintain accurate data, complete in-service notes, and follow procedures as outlined by supervisors.
  • Participate in ongoing training, evaluations, and team meetings to ensure best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, families, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Bring required materials to sessions, as provided by In STEPPS.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and reporting requirements.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Reliable vehicle, proof of auto insurance, and valid driver's license required.
  • Clean criminal background check.
  • 6 months of experience in an ABA position or a similar field preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Maintain physical condition necessary for walking, standing, and sitting for prolonged periods; may be required to push, pull, bend, lift up to 50 lbs., carry, reach, and stoop.
