Position Overview:

Job Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team.

This permanent position provides an exciting opportunity to work on a range of civil engineering projects, including storm water management and land development.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, planning, and oversight of construction and maintenance of various structures and infrastructure, such as roads, railways, airports, bridges, harbors, dams, irrigation systems, power facilities, and water and sewer systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed designs for civil engineering projects utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D software.
  • Oversee the design and execution of storm water management systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Design and manage the construction of sanitary sewer systems, focusing on their efficiency and durability.
  • Engage in land development projects, providing expert guidance to ensure successful project completion.
  • Conduct hydrology studies and develop strategies for effective water resource management.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineering professionals to ensure timely and budget-friendly project completion.
  • Prepare reports, designs, and drawings for presentation to clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to health and safety regulations, environmental policies, and legal standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on storm water management, sanitary sewer systems, and land development.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D software.
  • Strong understanding of hydrology and its application in civil engineering.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Strong project management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
