Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Echocardiographer to join our team at Jupiter Medical Center. As a key member of our Cardiology Department, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic ultrasound evaluations of the heart using advanced imaging techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate diagnostic ultrasound equipment to perform M-Mode, 2-D, color, and Doppler imaging
  • Identify cardiac anatomy using ultrasound techniques and interpret scan results
  • Prepare patients for cardiac stress tests, Transesophageal Echocardiograms, and bubble studies
  • Collaborate with cardiologists to review and interpret daily scan results
  • Process and maintain accurate records of patient exams and procedures
Requirements
  • Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) certification
  • At least one year of clinical experience in echocardiography
  • BLS Health Care Provider certification from the American Heart Association
