Healthcare Engineering Technician

Mayo Clinic is seeking a skilled Healthcare Engineering Technician to maintain and repair medical and clinical equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics and medical terminology, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities- Maintain and repair medical and clinical equipment, including installation, calibration, and repair of biomedical equipment and systems.
- Provide primary service expertise and backup responsibility on multiple types of biomedical equipment.
- Work independently and as part of a team to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with equipment users and other technicians to resolve issues and provide support.
- Associate's degree in electronics or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of medical equipment, operating systems, and basic networking.
- Familiarization with medical terminology, human anatomy, and physiology.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
