Job Title: Retail Image Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Image Associate to join our team at Jacksons Food Stores. As a Retail Image Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our store, ensuring a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the store is always neat, organized, and ready to welcome customers
  • Assist customers with product information and highlight in-store promotions
  • Clean fast-food equipment, area, and stock items as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness, inside and outside the store, including fuel islands and pumps
  • Properly label, rotate, and stock shelves, coolers, and displays
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Meet the physical demands of standing, lifting, bending, and pulling items
Requirements:
  • Flexible availability to support business needs for a 24/7 operation
  • Excellent communication with a friendly can-do attitude
  • Willingness and passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • A history of leading by example and doing the right thing
  • Strong sense of teamwork
  • The ability to think quickly on your feet and react to change
  • A strong attention to detail
