  • Estimate project costs and mentor team members in technical estimations.
  • Encourage professional development and technical proficiency within the team.

Required Skills:

  • Strong mathematical and organizational abilities.
  • 1-3 years of experience in security and barrier systems.
  • 2-5 years of experience with network systems and electronic security.
  • Certification from recognized gate and security manufacturers.
  • Proficient in computer and software applications.
  • Effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience in research, analysis, and documentation.

Knowledge Areas:

  • Safety protocols for Low Voltage Systems.
  • Calibration of sensors and fiber-optic systems.
  • Understanding of Programmable Logic Controls (PLCs).
  • Troubleshooting techniques for vehicle barriers and gate systems.
  • General construction knowledge and project logistics.
  • Familiarity with CCTV and Access Control Systems.

Work Schedule:

  • This is a full-time position with occasional night and weekend shifts.
  • On-call availability for emergency service is required.

Travel Requirements:

Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed, often on short notice.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift objects weighing up to 100 pounds.
  • Capability to work in varying environmental conditions, including extreme temperatures.
