- Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy operations, including inventory management, staffing, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, SOP, and QA policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of pharmacy services with other healthcare services.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, profits, and expenses, to make informed business decisions.
- Develop and implement plans to improve patient safety, quality of care, and risk reduction.
- Communicate effectively with patients, customers, and colleagues to ensure excellent customer service and patient satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
- Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).
- U.S. pharmacy related experience.
