About Total Quality Logistics:
TQL is a leading freight brokerage company that seeks motivated and high-performing individuals to join our award-winning team. As a sales representative, you will establish relationships with customers and leverage your negotiation skills to secure deals for freight transportation while managing shipments from pickup to delivery.

Salary and Benefits:
We offer a minimum salary of $40,000 with uncapped commission opportunities. Our average earnings for Year 2-3 are $57,700 - $83,200. Additionally, we provide health, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan with company match, and optional paid relocation to offices in the Greater Cincinnati area through our Fast Track Sales Program.

Job Responsibilities:
You will spend 26 weeks partnering with a successful freight broker to learn the business inside and out. Your key responsibilities will include making calls to establish relationships, closing new and existing customers, negotiating prices with customers and carriers, managing daily shipments, and resolving issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery. You will also provide proactive and honest communication, both internally and externally.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must be available to work full-time in-office, have a determination to outwork anyone, strong negotiation skills with professionalism, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for exceptional customer service. A college degree is preferred, and military veterans are encouraged to apply.
