The Division of Plastic Surgery at the University of Wisconsin is a leader in pediatric plastic surgery, with a strong focus on cleft and craniofacial anomalies, craniosynostosis, brachial plexus, birthmarks and vascular anomalies, spasticity, and congenital extremity anomalies.

The Division cares for children from a broad geographic region, including Wisconsin, northern Illinois, eastern Iowa, and the upper peninsula of Michigan, with two outreach clinics throughout the region.

The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the three academic missions: Clinical Care, Education, and Research, with a minimum of 75% dedicated to clinical responsibilities.

The position will be based at the American Family Children's Hospital, where the division treats patients across the breadth of pediatric plastic surgery, including cleft, craniofacial surgery, pediatric hand, brachial plexus, pediatric microsurgery, adolescent breast surgery, congenital nevi, birthmarks and vascular anomalies, and ear reconstruction.

The American Family Children's Hospital is attached to the University Hospital, where an adult plastic surgical practice within the candidate's areas of experience and interest will be supported.

The successful candidate will be expected to work collaboratively with other faculty members, participate in administrative and committee work, and contribute to the clinical and scholarly missions of UW Health and the School of Medicine and Public Health.
