About the RoleWe are looking for a Physical Therapist who is passionate about providing person-centered care to our residents. As a member of our interdisciplinary clinical team, you will work closely with our residents, their families, and our healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care.
Responsibilities- Provide holistic care to our residents, addressing their physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
- Implement residents' personal care plans, focusing on their strengths, preferences, and preferred routines.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed throughout their care.
