As a key member of our operations team, you will supervise and coordinate work activities to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality. Key responsibilities include:
  • Conducting safety planning and risk assessments
  • Leading crew meetings and ensuring adherence to safety regulations
  • Managing materials and equipment
You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe workplace and adhering to company policies. We require NCCR Certification, Scaffold Competent Certification, and TWIC, with physical requirements including lifting 50 pounds, working at heights, and wearing personal protective equipment.

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
