Position Overview

CADD Survey Technician

CARDINAL CIVIL RESOURCES is in search of a dedicated individual with a robust work ethic and keen attention to detail to become part of our team as a CADD Survey Technician.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct office-related tasks including data processing, calculations, and staking computations utilizing survey software.
  • Develop Boundary, Topographic, and House Location Surveys, Grading Plans, Easement Plats, and ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys.
  • Employ Carlson Civil Suites and GIS for design applications.
  • Perform mathematical computations and validate field data.
  • Interpret and analyze plans and specifications.
  • Comprehend fundamental measurement errors and geometric principles.
  • Execute additional assigned responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma with a foundation in mathematics, geometry, and trigonometry.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Civil Engineering environment.
  • Expertise in Carlson Civil Suites with IntelliCAD.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Completion of background checks and drug testing is required.
