- Develop and implement individualized care plans in coordination with care partners.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of resident care and services.

- Participate in on-call rotations, providing 24/7 coverage for resident needs.
- Current RN license in the State of Nevada (or obtaining within 90 days).
- Current CPR certification.
- Prior nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute, or sub-acute care.
