Job Overview

As a Crew Leader at Hello Garage of Metro Detroit, you will play a pivotal role in transforming the garage renovation sector by expertly installing premium garage flooring, organizational systems, and accessories. Your mission will be to deliver an exceptional experience to our clients, significantly enhancing their living spaces.

Comprehensive training with our National Training Team will equip you with the necessary skills to perform your duties with expertise and assurance.

As a Crew Leader, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing and guiding the crew.
  • Collaborating with the General Manager to schedule projects effectively.
  • Managing tools, equipment, and inventory to ensure your team's efficiency.
  • Executing safe, precise, and effective installations to transform customer garages.
  • Maintaining communication with customers throughout the installation process.
  • Creating an outstanding experience for every client.

Required Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in construction trades; or
  • A combination of education and experience demonstrating a solid track record in this field.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are preferred.
