**About the Role**

As a Senior Consultant, Decision Science, you'll combine data expertise, statistical principles, business understanding, relationship building, and communication skills to help advance analytical maturity and business outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**

  1. Understand and leverage structured and well-documented data sources.
  2. Extract and summarize data from relational tables, merge data appropriately, create new variables, levels, and groups, check quality of data, and work while following coding best practices.
  3. Use techniques such as diagnostic analysis, active monitoring, and multivariate methods to answer business questions, test hypotheses, or assess impacts and results.
  4. Apply appropriate visualization to analytic insights.
  5. Interpret analyses and communicate findings to the core project team, recommending optimal business actions.

**Requirements**

  • Good SQL experience.
  • Good Python experience (at least solid years).
  • Some Cloud knowledge.
  • Knowledge of Predictive Models a plus.
  • Three years of related data and analytic experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a STEM-related field, or a Business School Master's Degree with a concentration in a technical or analytical field.
