Patient Care Representative

Key Responsibilities- Welcome and communicate with patients to ensure a seamless eye care experience
- Prioritize patient satisfaction by efficiently managing check-in and check-out processes
- Work collaboratively with staff, doctors, and patients to document information, update records, and collect payments
- One to two years of administrative experience with a focus on customer service
- Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office package
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
