Job Summary

We are seeking a highly adaptable and detail-oriented General Laborer/HTST Master Operator to join our team at St. Paul Beverage Solutions. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including unloading materials and ingredients, transferring and storing raw and finished products, and operating equipment and machinery in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Unload and store raw materials and ingredients in a timely and accurate manner
  • Transfer and store finished products in a safe and efficient manner
  • Operate equipment and machinery, including HTST systems, in a safe and efficient manner
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Communicate effectively with production team members and other departments
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including drug, background, and criminal checks
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and assist others when lifting is required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, occasional weekends, and holidays
