**Program Manager**
DetecTogether is seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to lead and deliver our client education and eLearning programs. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities, exceptional presentation skills, and a passion for empowering people to detect cancer early.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Delivery: Oversee the delivery, implementation, and impact tracking of in-person, virtual, and online training programs tailored to diverse audiences, including firefighters, first responders, teens, young adults, and workplaces nationwide.
- Client Engagement & Support: Proactively manage client relationships, including prospecting, scheduling, and supporting a fee-for-service workplace program. Ensure exceptional client experiences through continuous support and feedback integration.
- Content Development & Improvement: Collaborate with internal teams to refine program content based on research, client feedback, and performance data. Innovate and adapt programs to meet evolving needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Communications and Marketing team to promote programs aligned with DetecTogether's mission. Support fundraising events and other initiatives as required.
- Data-Driven Insights: Collect and analyze data to drive program improvements and inform strategic decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Passion for Mission: A deep commitment to DetecTogether's mission of saving lives through early cancer detection.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in communications, education, business, or management with a minimum of five years of professional experience.
- Presentation Excellence: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to deliver engaging and impactful presentations.
- Strategic Relationship Management: Successful track record in client prospecting, relationship management, and program resource planning.
- Continuous Improvement Mindset: Openness to feedback, adaptability during presentations, and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with Salesforce and other presentation technologies is a plus.
- Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Additional Information:
- Occasional local and national travel required.
- Occasional weekend and early evening work may be required.
- Hybrid office environment, 2 days remote.
