Engineering Manager

Osmose Utilities Services is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to oversee all engineering activities and manage a team that supports the company's core business. This includes engineering work required to execute projects, technical support for all new and existing projects, and supporting the sales efforts for all services and products.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical, civil, or electrical engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of progressive industry experience and 4 years of supervisory experience. A professional engineering license or ability to obtain one in a reasonable timeframe is preferred.
The Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading, training, and developing the engineering team, coordinating with engineering, field collection, and project management teams, and participating in project-related internal communications. The successful candidate will also be responsible for tracking and reporting on processing schedules and forecasts for multiple projects, and coordinating and participating in the creation, maintenance, and improvements of training materials for data processing procedures.

Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the engineering team to support all aspects of Osmose Utilities Services' Technical Services.
- Coordinate with engineering, field collection, and project management teams regarding upcoming projects, schedules, and priorities.
- Participate in project-related internal communications, including status reports, conference calls, and staff meetings.
- Track and report on processing schedules and forecasts for multiple projects.
- Coordinate and participate in the creation, maintenance, and improvements of training materials for data processing procedures.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive industry experience required.
- Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience required.
- Professional engineering license or ability to obtain one in a reasonable timeframe is preferred.
- Background and present responsibilities must substantiate leadership and self-motivational qualities.
- Willingness to travel overnight and work varied hours, when necessary, to achieve desired results.
