Job Summary
As an Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our store. You will report directly to the Store Director and be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations, including customer service, inventory management, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of dedicated Service Specialists. Provide guidance, feedback, and support to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout the facility.
- Inventory Management: Effectively manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock availability while minimizing waste. Conduct regular stock checks and implement strategies to optimize product rotation and minimize spoilage.
- Customer Satisfaction: Create a welcoming and customer-centric atmosphere. Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally, exceeding expectations whenever possible.
- Financial Performance: Contribute to the store's overall financial success by minimizing losses, controlling expenses, and maximizing sales opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Previous experience in retail management or a similar role is highly desirable.
