Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Kroger. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading our pharmacy department to achieve exceptional customer service, sales growth, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of pharmacy staff to provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive patient experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and increase customer loyalty.
  • Manage pharmacy operations, including inventory management, staffing, and budgeting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve patient outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and excellence in pharmacy practice.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy and/or Doctor of Pharmacy Degree (Pharm.D.) from an accredited U.S. School of Pharmacy.
  • Minimum 2 years of related retail experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
