Job Summary

This role requires an individual with expertise in CMM programming, inspection, and quality control to join our team at Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense Company. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining inspection programs, ensuring compliance with company standards, and improving process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain inspection programs for CMM to ensure accurate and efficient product inspection.
  • Verify and validate program accuracy using EBAD internal and industry standards.
  • Analyze and improve inspection processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation of inspection processes.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of experience in inspection and quality control in an aerospace or defense-related company are required. Experience with PCDMIS, Geometric Tolerances and Dimensions, and CMM Programming & Troubleshooting is highly desirable.
