This position is responsible for loading and preparing products for shipment at our distribution center. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading and Preparation: Load products onto pallets, shrink wrap, and prepare for shipment.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks and forklifts as needed to move products around the warehouse.
  • Safety and Quality: Maintain a safe working environment and ensure high-quality products are prepared for shipment.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve distribution center goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 6 months of equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Certifications: Forklift certification preferred.
  • Skills: Basic computer skills, ability to lift and move merchandise up to 60 lbs, and ability to push/pull up to 300 lbs using mechanical aids.

Work Environment:

This position is based in a warehouse environment with moderate noise levels and occasional exposure to extreme temperatures. The ideal candidate will be able to stand and walk for extended periods and be able to lift and move merchandise as needed.
