About the Role

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. This includes establishing and maintaining a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return, and assisting the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals established for the department and monitoring all established quality assurance standards.
