Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quality Manager to lead our manufacturing facility near Harrisburg, PA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a facility-wide quality system, maintaining a zero-defect culture, and championing continuous improvement and lean principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Develops, documents, and implements the facility-wide quality system
Maintains a zero-defect culture and champions continuous improvement and lean principles
Leads, coaches, and manages a team of 13 full-time direct reports
Responds to, investigates, and takes appropriate action to ensure timely resolution of customer complaints

Qualifications and Requirements:
