As a Memory Care Activities Assistant at Eagle Care LLC, you will make a positive impact on the lives of our residents by providing them with care and compassion. You will act as a supportive teammate to fellow employees, helping to onboard new colleagues and promoting a positive work environment. Your passion for serving others will motivate residents to take an active part in their own health and wellness, and you will carry out activities tailored to their varied backgrounds, needs, and interests. You will also recruit, organize, and train volunteers to expand and supplement our activity program, involving resident families, the community, and volunteers in activities to increase overall participation and resident well-being.
