Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nursing Care Coordinator. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience. We also offer excellent benefits, including sign-on/retention bonus and professional development opportunities.

Responsibilities:

As a Nursing Care Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to provide clinical leadership and ensure that patients receive high-quality care. This includes assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care, communicate effectively with patients and families, and maintain accurate records and reports.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current RN license from the Indiana State Board of Nursing
  • At least one year of experience in mental health-related nursing
  • A strong understanding of nursing principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
