About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge base of gerontology and be able to provide high-quality patient care. Key responsibilities include:

  • ">
  • Examining and treating chronic and urgent episodic illnesses, minor injuries, accidents, and other health issues;">
  • Collaborating with caregivers and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive plans of care;">
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records;">
  • Ensuring patients receive referrals to other healthcare practitioners when necessary;">
  • Providing educational resources to patients and their families on disease management and prevention.">

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

">
  • ">
  • An active state Nurse Practitioners license;">
  • A current Nurse Practitioner National Board Certification;">
  • An active state DEA licensure;">
  • A Master's degree in Nursing (MSN);">
  • Five or more years of nursing experience, with at least two years of nurse practitioner experience preferred;">
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills – verbal and written;">
  • Excellent time management skills with accountability for practitioner's daily workflow;">
  • Proficiency in medical instruments and equipment;">
  • A strong knowledge base of HIPAA and OSHA regulations;">
  • Demonstrated proficiency in computer-based data management programs, electronic medical record (EMR) systems, and Microsoft Office applications;">
  • A licensed driver with valid automobile insurance;">
  • The ability to engage in moderate physical activity.">

Compensation:

">

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $130,000 per year, based on experience. Additional benefits include mileage reimbursement, flexible schedule, employee referral program, professional licensure reimbursement, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, 401(k) retirement savings plan, medical, dental and vision, life insurance, flexible spending account (FSA), and employee discounts.
