  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Stay updated with new Salesforce tools and implement them as necessary.
  • Maintain comprehensive system documentation and adhere to Salesforce policies.
  • Strong technical skills in custom objects, validation rules, workflows, and reporting.
  • Over 10 years of experience in Salesforce development, including proficiency in Apex and Salesforce APIs.
  • Extensive experience in web application development, particularly with JSON, XML, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, such as Pardot.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
