Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team. As a Salesforce Developer, you'll design, implement, test, and deploy solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, and Flows. You'll work closely with end-users and stakeholders to communicate technical ideas and solutions.

As a technical lead, you'll oversee engineering product quality and delivery, setting technical standards for teams working on customer-facing applications. You'll mentor team members on technical excellence, best practices, and standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead development efforts, designing, implementing, estimating, and delivering high-quality software and products
  • Act as a technical lead on large-scale initiatives or smaller projects
  • Ensure team members conduct regular code and peer reviews
  • Develop positive relationships with ASCAP product and business teams, and external partners
  • Mentor team members on technical standards, best practices, and overall technical excellence
  • Communicate complex ideas, technical designs, solutions, and challenges convincingly
  • Demonstrate a wide breadth of knowledge and skills across various technologies, platforms, and languages
  • Develop Salesforce solutions to business workflow and analytics requirements
  • Map ASCAP requirements to Salesforce capabilities, using built-in capabilities where possible
  • Participate in an ASCAP scrum team, attending backlog grooming sessions, daily standups, and sprint retrospectives
  • Contribute to a culture of collaboration and communication, sharing information and feedback with colleagues
Requirements

We're looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with:

  • 10+ years of Salesforce development experience with Apex, Salesforce APIs, and configuring Salesforce using workflows, validation rules, roles & profiles, reports, and dashboards
  • 10+ years of web application development experience, including solid experience with JSON, XML, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
  • Experience working with marketing automation tools like Pardot
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
