Restaurant Shift Manager

Job Summary:
The Shift Leader at Summerwood Master is responsible for assisting management in routine administrative and operational tasks within the restaurant. This includes driving excellence in customer service, maintaining company standards, and reviewing food handling procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist management in daily operations, including cash procedures, inventory management, and food safety audits.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to crew employees on customer service, product quality, and speed of service.
- Conduct daily inventory, complete shift-to-shift food safety audits, and set up daily control sheets.
- Monitor inventory, food preparation, and order fulfillment to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Responsible for food and supplies deliveries and restaurant opening and closing in the absence of management.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
