Position: Corporate Counsel

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including vendor and customer agreements
  • Provide legal guidance on employment issues, intellectual property, real estate transactions, and regulatory compliance
  • Oversee the management of the company's intellectual property assets
  • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local laws and regulations
  • Represent the organization in legal matters and counsel senior leadership
Required Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law institution
  • Active membership in the Ohio State Bar
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate legal environment or law firm
  • Comprehensive understanding of applicable laws and regulations, along with strong negotiation capabilities
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects in a dynamic setting
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Background in the manufacturing sector
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex legal challenges
  • Knowledge of corporate governance and compliance frameworks
