**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at HHS. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading a team of highly trained chefs and cooks to produce high-quality food that meets the needs of our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and implement creative menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our clients

• Manage inventory, ordering, and production planning to ensure efficient and cost-effective food production

• Lead a team of chefs and cooks to ensure high-quality food production and excellent customer service

• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless food service operations

• Develop and implement training programs to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles

• Analyze and improve food production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs

• Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial goals are met

• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee engagement

**Requirements:**

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Executive Chef in a senior living or healthcare setting

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
