Position Overview:
As a Mechanical Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for executing a range of mechanical assembly tasks on component parts as designated. This will involve adhering to established procedures, work instructions, and/or technical drawings while utilizing various hand tools, pneumatic tools, gauges, and fixtures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct mechanical assembly of component parts according to standard procedures and specifications.
- Ensure the accurate assembly of components into final products, maintaining quality standards throughout the process.
- Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently as instructed.
- Read and interpret Bills of Materials (BOM) and job travelers to identify parts and their respective locations.
- Execute packing procedures effectively.
- Perform physical tasks, including lifting materials up to 50 pounds repetitively and moving materials to designated areas.

Qualifications:
- A High School diploma or equivalent GED is mandatory.
- A minimum of one year of experience in final assembly is preferred.
- Previous experience in mechanical assembly is advantageous.
- Familiarity with World Class manufacturing principles is a plus.
- Proficiency in basic shop mathematics and the ability to read and comprehend blueprints and manufacturing instructions is essential.
- Capability to identify and utilize hand tools, pneumatic tools, fixtures, and gauges effectively.
